Course Technical Information

Training description: The FHNET platform is a critical tool for achieving the Group's business objectives. Knowing its purpose and functionalities is becoming increasingly essential for a better understanding of the FH Mission.



Main objective: To enable participants to familiarise themselves with the platform's interface, as well as the scope and purpose of each of the FHNET management modules. It also guarantees an understanding of the overall purpose of one of the cornerstone tools of the FH Business and its importance in managing relationships with providers.


Learning objectives: 


The participant should be able to:


  • Understand the purpose of the FHNET platform
  • Realise the possibility of customising the platform to the user
  • List the various modules for managing the platform
  • Be aware of the scope of use of each module
  • Understand the best way to search through the platform
  • Recognise the importance of using the platform in the FH business and in the relationship with the provider

  1. Getting to know the platform interface
  2. Scope of each module for FHNET management


Note: The platform is a dynamic work tool, so what is presented here may not be completely up-to-date and in line with the work modules that currently serve FH's activity. It will therefore serve to share a general knowledge of the platform.


Teaching methodology: 


The activity is based on the expository method, where the topics will be presented to the participant in video format. The language used is adapted to the general target audience and no prior knowledge of the platform is required.


Technical requirements: 


Functional computer equipped with speakers and Internet connection.


Assessment methods:


Assessment will take place in a summative multiple choice form at the end of the activity (multiple choice and true or false). To complete it successfully, the participant has to score at least 80 per cent.


Note: The training is intended to give participants an overview of the platform and the modules in this video may not be up to date in the light of the developments of the platform itself, in order to serve the company, customers and partners.
