FH Business Process Model

FH Business Process Model refers to the business organization model of the FH Group and gives us an overview of all the areas of expertise within the Group, as well as how they operate and interact amongst them. It refers to the set of activities and flow performed by each area on a daily basis and which make our business happen everyday. 

Like business itself, our FH BPM course is dynamic and in progress. There are still some contents being prepared (like details on Module C), but what is now being presented as a learning content should provide a solid and structured overview on the way we do our business.
