Course Technical Information

Training description: The course provides an overview of the FH business, covering each of the five business lines (Operations, Technology, Risk Management, Distribution and Digital Health). The training will take place in eLearning format and lasts forty-five minutes.


General objective: This course aims to promote the acquisition and updating of knowledge about the basic pillars that ensure that FH is a specialist in the Health area, recalling the Group's Mission, while listing the main business objectives of each of the areas.


Learning objectives: 


The student should be able to:


  • Understanding the pillars that ensure that FH is a specialist in the area of Health;
  • Recall the mission of the FH Group and Saúde Prime;
  • Understand the Group's position in the market and in the sector and what challenges the players are currently facing;
  • Recognising that one of the Group's strengths is the customisation of its services;
  • Understanding the importance of digital platforms as a guarantee of our services;
  • Realise the importance of FHNET platform in continuously improving the efficiency and agility of the business and the services offered;
  • Realising that digital platforms make it possible to follow the customer journey;
  • Understanding how FH offers innovative products in a turnkey and personalised model;
  • Appreciating the importance of understanding the customer's business and its rules in order to be able to define fraud and abuse control rules;
  • Recognising the main objectives of FH's Digital Health unit.

Teaching methodology:


This training is based on the presentation of five videos, each of which represents a line of business.


Technical requirements:


Functional computer equipped with speakers and Internet connection. 


Assessment methods:


Assessment will take place at the end of the course in the form of a Final Assessment. This summative assessment takes the form of a selection questionnaire (multiple choice and true or false). To complete the course successfully, the trainee must have a minimum mark of 80%.
